Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (about 1.5 lbs)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- ½ tbsp sumac
- ½ tbsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp allspice
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp dried mint
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
Directions:
- On parchment, drizzle lemon juice, olive oil, and pomegranate molasses on the salmon fillets
- Add the rest of the listed herbs and spices listed
- Smear everything evenly all over the salmon pieces
- Air fry, no preheat needed, at 400 F for 8 minutes
- Serve with your favourite rice, and salad
