We teamed up with our friends at Metro Ontario for a Canada Day fish-tacular! Alongside our saucy pals at Humble & Frank who make the perfect pairing for every fish dinner. All available at your local Metro store!
INGREDIENTS
- 2x Springhills trout fillets
- 1x Humble & Frank Lemon Butter Garlic sauce
- 1x white onion
- 2x bell pepper
- 2x potatoes
- 10x stalks of asparagus
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Place fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet.
- Spoon 4 tbsp of Lemon Butter Garlic sauce on each fillet.
- Thinly slice an onion, bell pepper, two potatoes and asparagus. Coat in olive oil, salt and pepper and scatter around the fish.
- Bake for 12 – 14 minutes at 400F until the fish flakes apart with a fork.
- While the fish is still hot, drizzle an extra 2tbsp of sauce on each fillet.
