When we started this Springhills gig last spring, we knew we wanted to do things differently.

We didn’t want to grind every dollar out of our staff, vendors, the planet or our customers.

We just wanted to bring tasty, healthy, eco-friendly fish to as many people as possible — and share all the benefits with the extended Springhills family and our wider community.
