Grab a bottle of Hawaiian Sesame Soy sauce from our friends at Humble & Frank for this delicious summery sweet recipe created by our pals at @thesillykitchen!
Ingredients
Fish
- 2 Springhills trout fillets
- 1 pineapple, cored and peeled
- 1 bottle of Humble & Frank Hawaiian Sesame Soy sauce from your local Metro store
Salsa
- 1 cup grilled pineapple sliced, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 red pepper, finely diced
- Juice of one lime
- Black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat Grill to approx. 400 degrees.
- Place pineapple slices onto grill, flip after 2 minutes.
- Add fillet(s) onto the pineapple. Brush fillets with generous amount of sauce and close grill.
- Cook for 12-14 minutes. Remove fillets and grill pineapple on other side for 1 more minute.
- For the salsa, mix all the ingredients together and serve on top of fish!
