Taste: These pickerel (walleye) burgers are deliciously light, succulent and moist. They are 100% fish with nothing added. They are unseasoned, so we recommend cooking them with your favourite sauces or seasonings!

If you’re looking for a pre-seasoned burger you can cook and serve, try our new battered burgers.

Sustainable pickerel. Caught by independent fishermen and women in Lake Erie. A wild fishery recognized as sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council, which means it’s good for the environment and safe to eat.

Easy to cook! You don’t even need to thaw these burgers. Just throw them on the barbecue or pan-fry at medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side. Check out our favourite burger recipes for some inspiration.
